You''ll manage programmes covering solar, ventilation, loft insulation, windows and doors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams. Oversee multiple Retrofit and Planned Works projects. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Manage client relationships and attend regular client meetings. Ensure contract documentation and reporting is completed accurately. Support bids, tenders and procurement planning.
