Contracts Manager (Retrofit) - Temp to PermLocation: Basingstoke office, covering Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe, Chelmsford and surrounding areas.Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week Contract: Temporary initially, with potential to become permanentOur client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager (Retrofit) to oversee a small team of Site Managers delivering Retrofit works across Social Housing.You''ll manage programmes covering solar, ventilation, loft insulation, windows and doors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams.Oversee multiple Retrofit and Planned Works projects.Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.Manage client relationships and attend regular client meetings.Ensure contract documentation and reporting is completed accurately.Support bids, tenders and procurement planning.About YouExperience as a Contracts Manager within Social Housing.Strong background in Retrofit and Planned Works.Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 is essential.Experience with SHDF and associated documentation.Strong client-facing and communication skills.Full UK driving licence.SMSTS / relevant NVQ and First Aid desirable.DBS check required.PackageCompetitive salary27 days holiday and bank holidaysPension up to 7.5%Company car or car allowanceHealthcare and lifestyle discountsAdditional benefits and development opportunitiesPotential ..... full job details .....
