Contracts ManagerLocation: Bradford, with UK-wide travel Salary: 45,000- 55,000, DOE Benefits: Company vehicle, company benefits and progression opportunitiesAre you an experienced Contracts/Project Manager with a background in mechanical building services, HVAC or plumbing installations?An established and growing building services contractor is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee mechanical installation projects from receipt of order through to completion and handover.Based from Bradford, you will take responsibility for the commercial and operational delivery of projects across the UK. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure each project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who is confident managing multiple elements of project delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, monitor site progress, manage project finances and variations, and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise.The successful candidate could come from a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Engineer or similar mechanical building services background.
