Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple passive fire protection contracts from inception through to completionOversee project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetLead and support site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partnersMonitor project performance, costs, and programme deliveryEnsure compliance with fire safety regulations, industry standards, and company proceduresConduct site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checksPrepare and review project documentation, reports, and contract-related informationIdentify and mitigate project risks while implementing ..... full job details .....
