Contracts Manager - Damp and Mould / Planned Maintenance Location: South London (with travel across London and the South East) Salary: Up to £65,000 + Excellent Package The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of damp and mould remediation programmes across a portfolio of social housing contracts. The successful candidate will also support the delivery of voids, planned maintenance, and reactive maintenance works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.Managing multiple contracts simultaneously, you will work closely with operational teams, commercial colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to drive performance, maintain compliance, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery of damp and mould remediation contracts within occupied social housing. Oversee additional planned maintenance, void refurbishment, and reactive maintenance works as required. Manage Site Managers, Supervisors, Resident Liaison Officers, direct labour, and subcontractors. Ensure contracts are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Monitor financial performance alongside commercial teams, including valuations, variations, and cost control.
