As the group continues to go from strength to strength, they''re now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of projects from start to finish. With long-standing contracts across several blue-chip clients, the business offers both stability and variety in the work delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC projects from design, implementation, and installation through to delivery and handover
• Lead and support a team of engineers while ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality outcomes
• Take a consultative approach with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

What You''ll Need:

• Proven experience delivering HVAC projects across commercial and industrial environments
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
