Key Responsibilities

• Lead the-full delivery lifecycle-of multiple-traffic management contracts

• Manage all aspects of-contract administration, including-NEC contracts, variations, and commercial reporting

• Ensure full compliance with-health, safety, quality, and-environmental standards

• Build and maintain strong-client and stakeholder relationships

• Oversee-work schedules,-resource planning, and-labour deployment-across active sites

• Motivate and lead-site supervisors-and-operational teams-to deliver high-performance results

• Monitor-budgets,-KPIs, and-contract profitability

• Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a-Contracts Manager, ideally within-traffic management,-highways,-utilities, or-civil engineering

• Strong working knowledge of-NEC contracts-and commercial management

• Excellent-communication,-negotiation, and-client-facing skills

• Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to manage cross-functional teams

• Capable of handling multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Valid-UK driving licence

Desirable Qualifications:

• LANTRA Sector Scheme 12-(or equivalent) certification

• IOSH-or-NEBOSH-Health & Safety qualification

• Experience working in-infrastructure,-traffic management, or-highways maintenance
