Contracts Manager

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager/Contracts Manager with experience in the Social Housing sector, based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

The role entails:

Managing numerous ongoing projects from pre-construction stage through to completion

Manging both directly employed labour as well as sub-contractors to deliver projects within budget and time allowances

Use of Microsoft Project to produce programmes of work and project plans

Developing and implementing contract management strategies and processes

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Reports to Operations Director who is based at Head Office

Working closely with Estimators & Quantity Surveyors to assess budgets and time allowances

What are we looking for?

A strong background as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager

A minimum of 3years'' experience in Social Housing is a necessity

Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively

Relevant industry qualifications

Benefits & Salary:

Salary will be based on experience and within the bracket of -45,00 - -48,000 plus a company vehicle

End of year gross margins and pay bonuses up to -18,000
