Contracts Manager

We are working with a well-established and growing construction contractor to assist them in hiring a Contracts Manager for their expanding team in Aberdeen. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for delivering high-quality work across a range of sectors, our client is looking for an experienced professional to oversee the successful delivery of multiple contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Contracts Manager who enjoys leading teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

As the Contracts Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Monitoring project programmes, budgets, and performance across contracts
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Providing leadership, guidance, and support to project managers and site teams

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or senior project management role within construction
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* A solid understanding of project planning, budgeting, and contract management
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
