We are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in building refurbishments and fast-track fit out projects to oversee the delivery of multiple projects.

This role requires someone with proven experience managing Cat A and Cat B fit out works, with a clear understanding of the full project life cycle and the ability to coordinate teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of refurbishment and fit out projects from planning through to completion
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple projects
• Ensure programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Maintain high levels of health & safety and compliance across all sites
• Work closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may impact programme or quality

Requirements:

• Strong background in building refurbishments, including planning, coordination, and delivery
• Proven experience managing fast-track fit out projects
• Hands-on involvement in Cat A and Cat B fit out works
• Clear understanding of the full project life cycle
• Career history demonstrating a building-focused background rather than M&E or maintenance led
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
