This role has become available due to an increase in workload in the minor works and facilities management sectors. This contractor has been operating successfully for several years in the sector and have a great reputation.

Work streams include local authority, property management agents and alike, with projects including reactive repairs and maintenance.  

The Role

• Managing internal and external subcontractors
• Evaluate the required action to be taken
• Ensure health and safety is maintained
• Programme jobs, agreeing start and finish dates
• Price and schedule work

• Client relationship building
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experienced in minor works and repairs
• Organised and professional
• Good communication skills
