Contracts Manager

FBR Recruitment are hiring a Contracts Manager for a building contractor based in Dorset covering Commercial and Public Sectors across Dorset, Hampshire and the South West. 

Duties include but not limited too:

• Attending pre-construction meetings with clients
• Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
• Overseeing several projects at one time
• Financial cost analysis of all projects
• Meeting with HSE and Site Manager to ensure all runs smoothly

Requirements:

• Previous experience within the Commercial Construction sector
• Work history of project values: £300k+
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical and H&S knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
