Contracts Manager

Contract Manager, Glasgow and surrounding areas, -50,000 to -60,000 DOE + Bonus, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver multiple Light Gauge Steel / SFS installation projects from pre-start through to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
• Ensure all works are completed in line with project programmes, drawings, and technical specifications
• Maintain and promote high standards of health and safety across all project sites
• Act as a key point of contact for main contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays and maintain programme timelines
• Carry out regular site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in construction or contracts management
• Strong background working with health and safety and quality.
• Knowledge or experience of Light Gauge Steel / SFS systems is advantageous
• Proven ability to manage multiple live construction projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documentation
• SMSTS certification
• Full UK driving licence
