As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager with a mechanical, plumbing, or electrical background to oversee the delivery of multiple social housing schemes across the region. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager with an MandE background to join a genuinely fast-growing business and take ownership of the delivery of social housing contracts from start to finish. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards, while acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout the build. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple social housing contracts, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Manage site management teams, subcontractors, and supply chains across a portfolio of live projects.
