With project values typically ranging from 40,000 to 50,000—and reaching up to 300,000—the company offers a comprehensive range of supply and installation services across all types of commercial environments. Due to their strong industry reputation and continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

Overseeing multiple commercial flooring projects

Managing multiple tenders

Liaising with clients

Issuing quotations

Commercial flooring knowledge

Experience running projects on site

Commutable distance to the office (Derby, Ilkeston, Nottingham, and Loughborough)

Drivers licence
