As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring new build cladding and roofing projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Systems include : wall cladding, sheet cladding and single - ply roofing. You will work closely with the company Directors, supervise operatives on site, liaise with clients and contractors, and manage all aspects of contract delivery and performance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with company Directors to ensure all project deliverables are metOversee and maintain Health and Safety standards on-siteSupport in setting up sites for new projectsEnsure site activities are carried out in full compliance with approved Method Statements and Risk AssessmentsConduct quality control inspections to ensure work aligns with manufacturer specifications and drawingsRepresent the company in meetings with clients and main contractorsSupervise on-site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to required ..... full job details .....
