The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple contracts from pre-start through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role will primarily focus on roofing contracts but will also involve refurbishment and project-based works. This is a key position within the business and requires a commercially aware Contracts Manager with strong technical roofing knowledge and the ability to manage client relationships, operational teams and subcontractors effectively.
