Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple construction and refurbishment projects. Manage Site Managers and project delivery teams. Ensure projects are delivered safely and on programme. Monitor project costs and commercial performance. Maintain quality standards across all projects. Attend client meetings and provide project updates. Identify and manage project risks. Support project planning and mobilisation. Ensure compliance with company procedures and H&S legislation. Requirements Previous experience as a Contracts Manager.
