An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple refurbishment and construction projects across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction and refurbishment projects.
• Manage Site Managers and project delivery teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and on programme.
• Monitor project costs and commercial performance.
• Maintain quality standards across all projects.
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Support project planning and mobilisation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and H&S legislation.

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Main contractor experience preferred.
• Strong refurbishment and construction project experience.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Card.
