      <description>Location: Uxbridge | Salary: 75000.00-75000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | The Opportunity Our client is a growing, family-owned main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across London and the Home Counties. They work across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and conservation, delivering projects through Design and Build, refurbishment and traditional procurement routes. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team. The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, commercially and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities will include:  Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. Overseeing site teams and supporting project delivery.
