Contracts Manager

We are working with a well-established construction contractor based in Oxfordshire, who is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Special Projects division. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, close-knit team delivering a diverse portfolio of construction projects across a range of sectors. Projects vary in size from smaller works valued at 5,000 through to larger schemes approaching 4 million, offering genuine variety and the opportunity to manage projects in often complex and challenging environments. The division undertakes a wide range of work, including fast-track refurbishments, listed heritage restorations, science and technology laboratories, healthcare facilities, colleges, places of worship and private residential properties. Many projects require careful planning, close coordination and a considered approach to working within occupied buildings and live environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and senior management to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
