Contracts Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join one of our well-established clients in London.Our client is a leading UK-based contractor specializing in Heavy Civils, RC Frames, and Groundworks. Requirements:Manage and oversee a portfolio of 3-5 RC Frame and Groundworks projects simultaneously. Take overall responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.Lead and support Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, and site teams. Monitor project programmes, progress, costs, and resource allocation. Attend client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective solutions. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Review project performance, commercial reporting, and monthly forecasts. Work closely with the commercial team to manage budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts. Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction. Conduct regular site visits and project audits. Support business development activities and assist in securing future work opportunities.
