Contracts Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join one of our well-established clients in Birmingham. Our client is a leading UK construction and civil engineering contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure, commercial, residential and transportation projects across the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities:Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects across a national portfolio.Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and project delivery teams.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.Drive commercial performance and maximise project profitability.Oversee resource planning, programming and operational delivery.Monitor project performance, KPIs and contractual obligations.Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.Support tender, bid and pre-construction activities where required.Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to project teams.Produce regular operational and commercial reports for senior management.
