You will manage multiple projects with a focus on delivery, programme and budget.Key Requirements:3 to 5 years'' experience as a Contracts Manager working for a Main Contractor Previous experience managing multiple fast paced construction projectsExperience is delivering commercial refurbishment projectsResponsibilities:Reporting to the DirectorWrite and update project programmesLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersEnforce on labour selection and delegationAssist with project procurement requirementsEnsure live project trackers and systems are kept up to dateEnsure site packs are completed and sites are set up in accordance with relevant health and safety requirementsArrange and chair project meetings with all management team and clients, on and off siteManage projects on site and throughout to completionPerform and implement RAMS strategiesManage contractor works and quality on site.Manage project ..... full job details .....
