Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Leeds / Surrounding Areas

Salary: -55,000 - -65,000

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• 3 Day First Aid
• Design and build experience

Duties

• Capable of running projects in the price range of -50k - -5 Million
• Client-facing with a personable, modern, and consultative approach
• Commercial, Healthcare and Educational Fit out and refurbishment Experience
• Ability to manage between 3-6 projects at a time depending on job size
• Design and Build experience
• Oversee design coordination and pre-construction planning
• Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
• Update and check against the construction Programme
• Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team
