Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction business based in Liversedge. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional to take ownership of multiple projects, oversee contractual performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple construction projects from contract award through to completion and final account.Oversee contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, programmes and commercial requirements.Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and valuations to maximise profitability.Manage subcontractor procurement, appointments, performance and contractual agreements.Work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, site teams and senior management to ensure successful project delivery.Identify and manage commercial risks, contractual disputes and potential claims.Review contract documentation, scope of works, amendments and change control procedures.Monitor project progress against agreed programmes, addressing delays and implementing corrective actions where necessary.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, ..... full job details .....
