Job Title: Contracts Manager (Permanent)Salary: 55k to 60k + 5k Car Allowance + PackageLocation: Edinburgh, ScotlandRole Highlights:Great progression opportunity with a route to a senior role as the business growsOpportunity to work with modern and relevant brandsThe RoleAs the Contracts Manager, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager in delivering fitout and refurbishment projects across the food retail sector within Scotland.Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications For this role you must possess the following; Experience working as a Contracts Manager on Refurbishment and Fit Out Projects in the Retail sector working with values up to 100k to 1mPrevious experience managing multiple fast paced projects within live retail environmentsNVQ Construction Management or equivalent DutiesReporting to the Operations ManagerWrite and update project programmesLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersEnforce on labour selection and delegationAssist with project procurement requirementsEnsure live project trackers and systems are kept up to dateEnsure site packs are completed and sites are set up in accordance with relevant health and safety requirementsArrange and chair project meetings with all management team and clients, on and off siteManage projects on site and throughout to completionImplement RAMS strategiesManage internal construction teams and sub-contractors on siteManage contractor works and quality on site.Manage project variations with sub-contractor and ..... full job details .....
