Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and ambitious company that values quality, safety, and strong client relationships.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple drylining and fire protection contracts from pre-start through to final account. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will work closely with clients, site managers, supervisors, commercial teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of each project.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple drylining and passive fire protection contracts simultaneously.Plan, programme, and coordinate projects from commencement to completion.Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme performance.Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation and company procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and ..... full job details .....
