      <description>Location: Kingston upon Hull | Salary: £40000 - £45000 per annum | Type: Permanent | A successful family-owned building company that specialises in insurance repairs is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its established team due to new long-term contracts.

 This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy office in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the supervision of multiple insurance claims, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to policyholders’ satisfaction. 

As Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include:

 - Overseeing the management of multiple insurance claims from start to completion
 - Managing in-house tradesmen and subcontractors
 - Programming, sequencing, and sourcing materials to effect successful repairs
 - Controlling labour, subcontractors, and material costs
 - Conducting site visits for meetings with policyholders and tradesmen
 - Office based planning and communications. 

 
 We are looking for a Contracts Manager who has the following skills and experience:

 - Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role with a strong background in building trades.
