Experienced Brickwork Contracts Manager Location: South East England Job Type: Full-time Office and Site Based The Opportunity An established and growing brickwork contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across the South East is looking to recruit an experienced Brickwork Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a successful business and play a key role in delivering multiple construction projects from inception through to completion. The Role As a Brickwork Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing several brickwork contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based duties with regular site visits. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple brickwork contracts from pre-start through to completion. Oversee site teams and subcontractors across several live projects. Monitor project programmes, progress and quality standards. Liaise with clients, main contractors and project stakeholders. Manage project costs and support commercial performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Prepare and review project reports, programmes and site documentation. Maintain strong communication between office and site teams.
