They provide new build development of residential and commercial property schemes and are looking for a Contracts Manager to lead their newly won responsive repair contract.In this role you will overseeing the delivery of a responsive repairs contract all from office. You will work with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver high-quality service. You will manage the delivery of building fabric repairs including carpentry, windows, plumbing, roofing and general repairs to social housing.
