With a focus predominantly on industrial, commercial, residential and retail developments, projects range in value from -2m to -20m, offering a varied workload and the opportunity to take ownership of multiple schemes from pre-construction through to completion. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects, overseeing Site teams and working closely with commercial teams, clients and senior management to ensure schemes are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
