The successful candidate will have a genuine influence on how contracts are run, how teams perform and ultimately how projects are delivered.You''ll be overseeing multiple groundworks and civil engineering projects, working alongside Site Managers, Engineers and the wider delivery team to make sure everything stays on track. That means keeping a close eye on programmes, resources, quality, commercial performance and health and safety, while being proactive when issues arise.A big part of the role will be leading people.
