Our client is a well-established and growing MandE contractor, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are looking to appoint an experienced MandE Contracts Manager to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and senior management.The RoleAs MandE Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:Managing multiple MandE projects from commencement through to completion.Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, commercial performance and client satisfaction.Managing and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.Reviewing contracts, specifications, drawings and project documentation.Monitoring project costs, budgets, variations and commercial performance.Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed programmes and deadlines.Liaising directly with clients, consultants and main contractors.Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates.Supporting procurement and ensuring materials and labour are available ..... full job details .....
