Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they''re looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team and oversee a portfolio of projects across the North West. The Role You''ll take overall responsibility for several projects, ensuring they''re delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The workload will be predominantly refurbishment, alongside some new build schemes. Working closely with Site Managers, commercial teams and clients, you''ll provide leadership across multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring minimal disruption within live environments.
