The candidate we are looking for will have longevity in roles as a Contracts Manager across varied sectors, on projects up to £10m. The role involves managing 2/3 smaller projects of £2-3m or 1 larger project of £10m.The Project

The contractor operates in and around Buckinghamshire, predominantly covering healthcare projects, including NHS ward fit-outs. They seek a Contracts Manager with healthcare sector experience. The role requires great attention to detail with design and managing MandE packages in a high-demand, live environment.Responsibilities / Client Wish List

Attendance and preparation of pre-tender and tender interviewsOverall responsibility of up to 3 sitesPreparation of tender submissions with the estimating teamProduction of tender programmes using Microsoft Project or AstaUnderstanding of JCT / NEC DandB contractsImplementation of company procedures on siteImplementation of Health and Safety proceduresProgress reporting and production of board reportsCoordination of design teams and contractor design packagesDemonstrable recent work history on similar schemes as Contracts Manager with a reputable main contractorGood all-round building experience on projects from £1m - £10mTime spent with previous employers is importantDesign and Build experienceOn Offer
