Contracts Manager (Social Housing Retrofit and EWI) South Wales Permanent or Freelance Considered 50,000 - 65,000 DOE + Car Allowance and Benefits Package We are working with a well-established South Wales contractor that is undergoing significant expansion following the award of further social housing retrofit and decarbonisation projects across the region. As part of the continued growth of its specialist retrofit division, the business is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of External Wall Insulation (EWI), energy efficiency, refurbishment and planned improvement works across multiple social housing projects. This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a growing pipeline of secured work and play a key role in the development of a dedicated team focused on improving housing stock and delivering long-term value for local communities. This is a leadership role within a growing specialist retrofit division. Success comes from understanding social housing delivery, retrofit construction and having the ability to lead teams, build client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially. The Role Overseeing the successful delivery of multiple social housing retrofit and refurbishment projects. Managing Site Managers and project delivery teams.
