Contracts Manager

Our client is a successful and fast-growing Facilities Management and MEP Projects company operating across the UK. With a proven track record of delivering Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) projects ranging in value from 1 million to 10 million, they provide high-quality, innovative solutions across the industrial, commercial and education sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical building services, with experience managing Mechanical/HVAC or electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and client-focused professional to play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction. Location: Office based in Telford with predominantly Midlands based work. Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 per year + Company Vehicle The role: You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical or electrical contracts, managing projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover.
