      <description>Location: Chorley | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | The Contract Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Vegetation Management contracts with a strong focus on commercial performance, cost control, and operational delivery. You will lead a team of quantity surveyors and commercial analysts in running the day-to-day processes on the contract including reviewing invoices and submitting applications.   The role requires significant experience in managing Schedule of Rates (SoR) contracts, producing and reviewing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. Negotiate with external parties to drive efficiencies and strengthen commercial outcomes. 	 Support workload planning, resource allocation, and programme delivery.
