Contracts Manager- Residential South/East Midlands

Well Supported role - across 3 projects

We are seeking the appointment of a residential Contracts Manager for September 2026 or earlier.

The role will see you managing 3 existing development and reporting to a Construction Manager. Sites are in Staffordshire, Northampton and Bedfordshire. You will need a vehicle though mileage will be expensed - site visits will be expected with a day or two to work from home/ the regional office.

This award winning developer, with a large footprint in the area is looking for an interim appointment for now to help support the site teams due to an upturn in production and new sites coming on board for them.

The role is being offered with an immediate start and is well supported.
