      <description>Location: Loughton | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | An established construction company based in Loughton, Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a range of refurbishment and planned works projects across the education and local authority sectors.  The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.  Projects will include school refurbishment schemes and council housing refurbishment projects, with individual contract values of up to approximately -5m.   The Role   As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery and commercial performance of multiple projects, working closely with clients, consultants, site teams, subcontractors and senior management.
