Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong precast concrete background to oversee multiple projects across Edinburgh. This is a permanent position for a motivated and organised professional who can manage and support site managers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage Site Managers working across various precast concrete projects. Ensure all works are completed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle project paperwork, reports, and contractual documentation accurately and efficiently. Liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery. Ensure quality control, productivity, and site coordination on all precast operations, including Spam, Fairn, and Rapid Works. Lead by example, providing guidance and support to site teams to achieve company objectives. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience overseeing multiple site managers within a construction or precast concrete environment. Strong background in precast concrete, including familiarity with Spam, Fairn, and Rapid Works systems. Excellent organisational and paperwork management skills. Good understanding of construction contracts and project delivery processes. Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities. Full UK driving licence (required).
