Contracts Manager

Morson Edge are working with a specialist basement company offering construction and waterproofing of below ground structures for the public and commercial environment. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Farnborough - further details are below: Role - Contracts Manager (Waterproofing). Location - Farnborough office (Sites around London). Salary - Depending on expeirence. Experience needed/responsibilities: - Contracts Manager for basement waterproofing. - Need to be CSSW qualified - Carry out designs of waterproofing systems and produce design packages. - Work with suppliers to provide pump specifications. - Manage 3 in house waterproofing site teams including programming, client management and quality management. - Work with clients and architects to provide accurate timelines and scope. - Tender for new projects. - Invoicing following completion of site works. - Site works typically in London. - Office in Farnborough, expected minimum of 2 days in office with time spent in London for site visits and client meetings.To be considered for this position please can you send updated CVs to (url ..... full job details .....
