Contracts Manager & Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager, with Quantity Surveying experience, to join a specialist contractor, with national reach, based in Dorset. The business undertakes projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, sports & leisure, and MoD sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they''re now looking to expand their team with an additional Contracts Manager.

About the role:

As Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on projects valued between -1m - -15m.

Key Responsibilities in the role:

• Handling the full contract
• Overseeing general site operations
• Managing subcontract procurement and dealing with variations
• Managing monthly valuations and liaising with clients
• Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this position:

• Have a HNC / construction related degree
• Have administered JCT form of contract
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
• Must live within commutable distance to Dorset
