This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a strong regional presence, taking the reins on multiple projects across Bristol, Bath and neighbouring areas.The CompanyThis SME regional main contractor has built a reputation for delivering high-quality schemes across sectors including commercial (Fit out) and residential (including student accommodation). With a strong order book and continued growth, they are seeking a Contracts Manager to act as the number two to the Construction Director, driving project delivery and ensuring excellence across all live sites.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will:Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.Oversee and support Site Managers across a range of schemes, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are achieved.Manage internal and external packages (envelope, shell and core, MandE, finishes) across new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.Work closely with the consultants, interrogating drawings, ensuring buildability, and resolving technical queries.Implement robust health and safety standards in line with company policy and current ..... full job details .....
