Working in partnership with Housing Associations and Local Authority clients, you will take full responsibility for the operational, commercial and contractual performance of multiple projects, ensuring safe, profitable and high-quality delivery. Projects will typically include: Pitched and flat roofing renewals Roof repairs and maintenance External decorations Window and door replacements Rainwater goods Brickwork and façade repairs External wall insulation (EWI) Cyclical maintenance and planned works Key Responsibilities Operational Management Manage multiple social housing contracts simultaneously from mobilisation through to completion. Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. Develop and monitor project programmes, resource plans and delivery schedules.
