Contracts Coordinator

We are currently recruiting a permanent Contracts Coordinator to join our busy Contracts Office based at our Romford office.This is a varied, fast-paced role combining client and temporary worker coordination, payroll administration, compliance, and customer service. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and accurate, but equally important is having the confidence and personality to communicate with clients and temporary workers throughout the day. You will be working as part of an established team, helping to manage and coordinate our temporary workforce and ensuring our Blue Chip clients receive an excellent level of service. You will help ensure shifts are fully covered, client requirements are met and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.What We Are Looking For:We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and naturally comfortable talking to people. You should be happy picking up the telephone, building relationships with clients and workers. You will be working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly, so you must be able to multi-task, work at speed and remain accurate under pressure. There is also a significant amount of compliance, payroll information and paperwork involved, making excellent attention to detail essential.
