This is initially a temporary position , with the potential opportunity for the successful candidate to be offered a permanent position following an initial 12 week period , subject to performance and business requirements. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining client and temporary worker coordination, payroll administration, compliance, and customer service. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and accurate, but equally important is having the confidence and personality to communicate with clients and temporary workers throughout the day. You will be working as part of an established team, helping to manage and coordinate our temporary workforce and ensuring our Blue Chip clients receive an excellent level of service. You will help ensure shifts are fully covered, client requirements are met and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.
