Contracts Coordinator

What You''ll Be Doing Preparing accurate customer quotations. Sourcing products from a range of suppliers. Processing purchase orders and monitoring delivery schedules. Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams via phone and email. Responding to product enquiries and resolving any issues. Keeping customers updated throughout the order process. Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met. Helping to achieve and exceed customer service and contract performance targets. What We''re Looking For Previous experience in an office-based, customer-focused or administrative role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
