The Role As a Sales Process and Contracts Specialist, you ll streamline sales operations and lead the creation, review, and management of client agreements and Master License Agreements (MLAs). You ll also optimise digital systems and tools to improve accuracy, collaboration, and commercial success. Key Responsibilities Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, terminations, and digital signatures (DocuSign). Oversee commercial documentation price lists, proposals, and contracts. Improve sales processes and documentation to enhance team efficiency. Drive adoption of sales tools and support continuous process improvement. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. About You Experience in sales operations, contract management, or energy / oil and gas. Strong understanding of contract interpretation and drafting. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Skilled in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or JIRA. Analytical, proactive, and highly detail-focused.
